Savage training is designed to help clients tap into there inner strength, mentally and physically. Each class is designed differently each time with a mixture of stabilization, strength, and power workouts that will be designed to help you increase strength and endurance throughout your whole body. The workouts will be fast paced. Savage Training workouts are designed to be hardcore and push you to your limits.
These workouts will most likely have you laying out on the floor afterwards in exhaustion trying to catch your breath all the while feeling completely satisfied and proud of yourself for what you just finished. Every Savage workout can be modified for anyone of any fitness level, all you need is the want to be stronger and the rest will be taken care of!
