Our classes feel like small group personal training because you get the attention you need for proper form and safety, while also being encouraged and motivated to push yourself. Classes are led by skilled, certified personal trainers and are designed and programmed to help you get results in a community (class) environment, hold you accountable to your goals, and ensure your movements are performed safely and efficiently.

We like to call our classes a PROGRAM WITH PURPOSE that is designed for every fitness level. A beginner will be able to workout next to a gym warrior because we know how to help you both modify and work around any injuries plus help you increase intensity as needed.

Come to class ready to work. We have everything else covered. As fitness experts, we know how to deliver effective workouts that get you results.

If you have an injury or limitations, we can help you modify and learn how to move your body so you are working with your body, not against it.

Our classes are for all fitness levels.

 

All of our classes are designed to maximize your time in the gym. 

You can go at your own pace and feel supported no matter what your fitness level or limitations are.

Our workouts are different every day, so you don't get bored or overwork certain body parts.
