Our Group Training feels like small group personal training because you get the attention you need for proper form and safety, while also being encouraged and motivated to push yourself. Group Training is led by skilled, certified personal trainers and are designed and programmed to help you get results in a community (class) environment, hold you accountable to your goals, and ensure your movements are performed safely and efficiently.
We like to call our Group Training a PROGRAM WITH PURPOSE that is designed for every fitness level. A beginner will be able to workout next to a gym warrior because we know how to help you both modify and work around any injuries plus help you increase intensity as needed.
